New Site Launching Soon: TextureStar

I've been working on a number of new projects lately and today I'd like to announce an upcoming site called TextureStar. Texturestar is basically going to be like Woot, except instead of robot vacuums we'll be selling one exclusive texture pack everyday, for super cheap. Each texture pack will only be available for 24 hours then it will be retired forever and replaced by a brand new one.

I think it's a fun idea and will be a blast to run. I look forward to providing even more awesome textures to the community everyday. We're currently looking at a late July to early August launch, so stay tuned!

I want to thank everyone for supporting all of my past, current, and future endeavors. You guys allow me to keep doing the stuff I enjoy, and to make money doing it to boot! I think I have one of the best readerships of any blog out there ;)

That's a really creative idea! It's deffinetly going to be bookmarked on my computer. I have this site bookmarked because I'm a Photoshop freak & all of your textures are amazing! This is by far the best site for really good textures. Keep up the good work!

this is definitely not a good idea. who has time to go visit your web page every day? mainly the professional web designer, i guess. and the layman will be out. well, the usual thing, right.

as a big fan of Lost & Taken for years (although i don't get time to visit you more than once a month), i'm surprised. the above mentioned practice seems to be totally opposite to Lost & Taken's philosophy.
well, it's probably me, I didn't get the idea. sorry. i'm just a nobody, anyway, and TextureStar is obviously not meant for nobodies.
