Tree Bark: 10 Free, High Res Textures

Today I have a nice set of high-res tree bark textures for you guys. When I went out to shoot these I was surprised at just how many variations of bark I found. Also this is the first set of textures I've created on my new 24" iMac, so let me know if anything looks/acts a little strange.

One other thing: I have some awesome new projects in the works that will be coming out in the next couple of weeks. Keep your eyes peeled ;)

20 Grungy, Dirty Wood Textures.

What could be better than a nice, grungy piece of wood? Not much. Well, except maybe a nice slice of cherry pie with ice cream on top, mmmmmm.

Anyway, today I have a set of 20 high-res grunge wood textures for you guys to download and employ in your designs and photography. I shot most of these in an old barn that my grandpa used to own. He was a carpenter, so I guess it's kind of fitting in a way.

Reader Submitted Textures: Daniel Holter
