Aside from running Lost & Taken and making textures for dozens of blogs and magazines, I also spend my spare time creating and growing various design and art related websites. I love watching my sites grow over time, there's something so organic (in an evolutionary sense) and fascinating about it. That and I still get a thrill from checking Google Analytics and tracking traffic figures.
That being said, I come up with new site ideas at a faster pace than I can create them. So there comes a time when I pass on the torch to the websites I've spawned. It's like watching a child get adopted (okay, it's not quite that dramatic). I like to continue to track the site and assist in it's growth however possible, even after it's changed hands (sometimes more than once!).
